Lado Jardín was commissioned by the Universidad de Buenos Aires for a show entitled 4x4x4x4 which brought together four groups of one composer, an instrumentalist, a dancer and a choreographer. The plot of our piece included the burial of a dead body in a house garden hence the name of the piece which translates as "Garden Side." Although the piece itself is arguably not complete without the other dramatic elements the nature of the collaboration makes it so that the work can be also showcased as a concert piece.
